Everybody is a member of the “‘Stuff’ Happens Club”. Some of our past choices and actions have been public and staining. How we treat ourselves after falling from the grace of others and ourselves will determine how we live our lives.

When I realized the onus was on ME to forgive myself and move past the effects of poor decisions, my vision for my life became more vivid. I was freed to Dream Aloud and Live In Color knowing I was deserving of what I desired! No matter who tried to spoil my wins with my past, they were powerless to stop me with shame because I’d already owned it and told the story… nothing to see here, carry on.

Shame is a paralyzer that can keep you from the very best life has to offer. Don’t let it tempt you to hide behind masks of inauthenticity that suffocate the soul.

What everyone else thinks of me and my past is not my concern, and I will not be an agent of evil who shames and accuses others. We can’t undo what we’ve done in the past but we can do better in the future.
